Sister Cities of Durham

Sister Cities of Durham links Durham with international cities for mutual understanding and cultural educational exchanges.

Teach Kenya

Teach Kenya’s mission is to offer relief to vulnerable HIV/AIDS orphans and their grandparents who serve as primary care givers providing basic care needs. They have also extended outreach to Kenyan artisans who are impacted by HIV/AIDS and get to showcase their work at various events in North Carolina. Their booth will teach the local community about Kenyan culture.
