Durham County Cooperative Extension

We connect residents to opportunities for lifelong learning through 4-H Youth Development, Gardening, Early Childhood Education, Community Outreach, and more.

Durham County Department of Social Services

The Department of Social Services would like to bring awareness of the need for qualified foster homes for children in care. We will have printed material as well as trinkets that promote our campaign.

Durham Parks and Recreation

Durham Parks and Recreation provides opportunities for residents to Play More. Participants will receive information about programs and activities.

Durham Police Department

Members of the department will be on hand to speak with the community about their safety and how to make their community safe and provide information for potential applicants.Informational brochures and give away items available.


GoDurham’s mission is to provide safe, reliable, convenient and accessible transportation for the citizens and visitors of the Triangle region. We will have information about GoDurham and GoTriangle routes and schedules and current projects.

To preserve, strengthen, and expand parks, trails, open space and recreational opportunities in Durham. No concessions. Volunteers will be available to discuss and promote new trail and park projects. We will have a special focus upon the development of the Belt Line Trail in downtown.
