Government Services

City of Durham Department of Water Management

Water Management promotes smart and efficient water use. The Department’s booth will provide valuable water conservation and efficiency, water quality, and grease disposal information and promotional items.

City of Durham Neighborhood Improvement Services Department

Neighborhood Improvement Services Department will offer information on neighborhood improvement services, equitable community engagement, human relations, and fair housing information.

Durham County Cooperative Extension

We connect residents to opportunities for lifelong learning through 4-H Youth Development, Gardening, Early Childhood Education, Community Outreach, and more.

Durham County Department of Social Services

The Department of Social Services will bring awareness of the need for qualified foster homes for children in care.

Durham Parks and Recreation

Durham Parks and Recreation provides opportunities for residents to Play More. Participants will receive information about programs and activities.


GoDurham provides connections, employment, healthcare and education opportunities for Durham residents and visitors


Animal Protection Society of Durham

A leader in building lifelong bonds between people and animals through education, community outreach, and caring for animals in need since 1970. APS Durham will be helping facilitate the Pet Stop at the Ninth Street Bakery parking lot, which will provide shade and water for thirsty pets.

Bhakti Yoga of NC (ISKCON)

Bhakti Yoga enhances inner peace, spirituality and compassion through Mantra Meditation. We will provide guided, simple/fun Mantra Meditation sessions.

Bike Durham & Durham Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission

Bike Durham is a member-based nonprofit working for a low-stress bike lane network and bicycle-friendly change in Durham. Stop by, let’s talk Bull City biking! Durham Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) promotes and encourages safe bicycling and walking in Durham. The CenterFest Bike Valet Parking is courtesy of Bike Durham and DBAP

Bike valet is like a coat check for bikes. Cyclists bring their bike to the valet; they are given a number; the bike is safely stored for the duration of their time at CenterFest, and afterward, the number is presented to the valet and one’s bike is returned.

Carolina Theatre

The Carolina Theatre is one of downtown’s most loved arts organizations; they will be promoting upcoming events including Family Saturday Series, Movies and Concert.
